Measure your band size: With your bra on, measure firmly around your rib cage at your bra line. The tape measure should be horizontal around your body and should not droop in the back. (round to the nearest whole number, for example, 32.4=32) This is your band size.

Measure your cup size: Move the measuring tape up under your armpits and measure above your breast, next measure your breast at the nipple level, the difference between the two numbers is your cup size. For example: If your first measurement was 39 and your nipple measurement was 42 the difference would be 3 inches and that would translate to a C cup.
